Another question/rumor — or lack thereof — that you didn't cover is the fact that we've heard nothing of the casting of Duncan Innes. It's curious an actor hasn't been associated with the part since he takes on a key relationship to Jamie.

Anne – Just looked at the calendar…if you count the weeks down that Starz is airing the S1 & S2 episodes, without skipping any weeks (and why would they, for re-airings?) episode 213 would fall on Friday, September 15, making September 17th the most sensible day for a S3 premiere.
